She was predeceased by: her spouse William H. Carrick. She is survived by: her children, Jennifer Izzo (Tony) and William H. Carrick, Jr.; her grandchildren, Anthony and Matthew Izzo; and her siblings, Bonnie Theal (Wayne) and Darrell Stroh (Tracey). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
