She was predeceased by: her husband William Bush; her sons, William Bush Jr. and Daniel Bush (Clayt); and her parents, William Cassick and Katherine Cassick.

She is survived by: her children, Linda Courtney, Donna Annichiarico (Michael), John Bush (Amy) and Lori Ignatowski (late Chris). She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren; also survived by nieces and nephews.
