She was predeceased by: her husband Elmer "Al" Seeley; her son Scott Seeley; and her sister Jane Fodero (late Jesse). She is survived by: her children, Kim Bathrick (John), Alisa Seeley (Joseph Gelsomino), Kerie Vallone (Paul) and Andrea Taylor (late Dan); her grandchildren, Alicia Pierro, Abby, Mari Bathrick, Eric Hill, Margaret Alexander, Molly Amos, John, Annie Vallone, Seeley Caroline and Kit Taylor; her great grandchild Jovie Vallone; and her sisters, Ann Sperduti (James) and Mary Aures (late J. Michael). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

“Dear Family, I was saddened to hear of Alice’s passing. She was my first customer I called on in 1978, when I first became a Rep on the road. She was a dear friend and we often visited each other and shared social times together with Al. A lovely soft spoken lady with a wonderful sense of humor. We also shared a room many times in NYC at the shows. I will remember her gentle ways. I love my water color she painted. Such talent. She was alway a bright light in the day Helen Bigg”
