He is survived by: his sister Ann Salter of Eggertsville; his sons, Timothy Salter of Alexandria, VA and Christopher Salter (Jennifer) of Hollywood, MD; and his grandchildren, Grace, Graham, Jonathan, Meredith, Andrew and Michael.
