He was predeceased by: his wives, Linda (Campbell) and Helen Westley (Waddell); and his sibling Thomas Westley (Barbara). He is survived by: his children, Allison Rabin, James (Deborah), Robert Westley and Cynthia Snyder (James).
Visitation was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Perna Funeral Home (8630 Transit Rd, East Amherst, NY 14051). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. John Lutheran Church of Amherst (6540 Main St, Williamsville, NY 14221). A burial was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at the St. John's Cemetery (650 Pine Ridge Rd, Cheektowaga, NY 14225).
