He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Norman Wittig and Johanna Wittig; his wife Anne Wittig; and his children, Dr. Geoffrey Wittig (Rita), Andrea Rowe (Stephen) and Christopher Wittig (Patricia). He was also cherished by seven great-grandchildren.
