He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred F. Vasi and Theresa M. Vasi; his brother Alfred C. Vasi; and his cousin David Borgioli (Mary Ann). He is survived by: his cousin Robert Borgioli (Andrea); his nephews, David Borgioli, Jr., Jim Bujalski (late Linda) and Mark Borgioli; his niece Mary Anne Borgioli-Ward (Stephen); his great-nephews, Michael Bujalski and Nicholas Picone; and his great-niece Maria Picone.
The military honors was held on Friday, May 31st 2024 at the Resurrection Church (130 Como Park Blvd., Vasi, Robert). Visitation was held on Thursday, June 6th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Dietrich Funeral Home, Inc. (2480 Kensington Ave, Amherst, NY 14226). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, June 7th 2024 at 10:00 AM.
