He was predeceased by: his sister Marilyn Relstead. He is survived by: his close friend Kathleen Petritz; his children, Debra Walker, Margaret "Meg" Puppa (Daren) and Michael Lee (Allison); his grandchildren, Matthew Peters (Jennifer), Emily Walker, Cory, Isabelle, Alexandra Puppa, Maddix, Zane and Keller Lee; and his brother Brian Lee (Lita). He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
