The memory of Jeffrey C. Higgins (East Amherst, New York), who passed away on April 4, 2025 at the age of 70, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorothy Higgins and William Higgins Jr.; and his brother William "Billy" Higgins III. He is survived by: his sisters, Mary Higgins Enright and Marguerite Higgins (Lynette Cornell); his nieces and nephews, Thomas Enright and Liz Van Dyke (Mike); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Aidan, Cooper, Avery and Caroline.

A memorial service was held on Thursday, April 10th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Amherst Community Church (77 Washington Hwy, Amherst, NY 14226).
