He is survived by: his wife Christel; his children, Wolfgang Rietz (Lorraine), Ronald Rietz (Wendy), Marina Rietz, Ralph Rietz (Saralyn) and Anita Quinlan (Tom); his grandchildren, Jeannine (Stephen), William, Anna, Alyssa, Tarin and Marina Debbie; and his great grandchild Sophie. He is also survived by siblings and extended family.
