He was predeceased by: his brother John Zimmer; and his parents, Edward Zimmer and Margaret Zimmer. He is survived by: his wife Vicki Zimmer; his children, Lisa Trunzo (Russell), Jeremy Zimmer (Michelle) and Tricia DiFranco (Marco); and his grandchildren, Keegan, Lexy, Mia Belstadt, Emma, Molly Zimmer and Vanessa DiFranco.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 3rd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Perna Funeral Home (8630 Transit Rd, East Amherst, NY 14051). A prayer was held on Thursday, April 3rd 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
