We are sad to announce that on August 8, 2022, at the age of 79, Carole L. Forzani (East Amherst, New York) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her spouse Adrian A. Forzani, Jr.; her daughter Lynnette Poitras; her stepson Scott Forzani (Noelle); her grandchildren, Alex (Stephanie) and Alyssa Hubert; her stepgrandchildren, Brianna and Preston Forzani; and her brother William Winter (Jackie). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, cousins, and dear friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Carole's name may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
