It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Excell (Earlville, New York), born in Norwich, New York, who passed away on September 30, 2020, at the age of 58, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his parents, William D. Excell and Marsha Switzer Excell; his mother-in-law Linda Johnson; his wife Linda; his children, Ashley Townsend of Smyrna, Amber Excell (Jeffrey Collins) of Sherburne, Tabatha Brembs (Ryan) of St. Petersburg, FL, Heather McEligot (Robert Wilson) of Pinellas Park, FL, Tracey Fowler (Jared) of Port Allegany, PA and Tiffany Webb of St. Petersburg, FL; his siblings, Rhonda Gillette (Robert) of Oriskany Falls, Terry Excell of Decatur, AL and Jeffrey Excell (Kelli) of Cicero; his grandchildren, Breanna Foster, Madison Townsend and Michaela Wilson; his aunt Martha Wilson of Earlville; and his pet Gidget. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins.
