He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold T. Barker and Jane Dungey Barker; and his aunts, Irene Boos, Faith Clark and Betty Dungey.
He is survived by: his wife Priscilla; his daughters, Alexia McIntyre (Brian) of Swan Point, MD, Susan Markiewicz (Joe) of Earlville, Michele Barker-Miller of Bouckville and Theresa Barker of Wilmington, DE; his grandchildren, Alex McIntyre (Ashley), Evan McIntyre (Christina Scott), Brian Miller, Michael Barker, Samantha and Amanda Markiewicz; and his siblings, Evalena Marshall (Jim) of Georgetown, Ralph Barker and Gary Barker (Lugene) of Earlville. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
