He was predeceased by: his father Bill Sullivan. He is survived by: his mother Brigid Sullivan of Morris, NY; his siblings, Kelly Meyers (Tom), Sean Sullivan (Terri), Jason Sullivan (Bonnie), Michael Sullivan (Rebecca), Andy, Tim, Chris and Kate Sullivan; and his friends, Linda Brooks, Diana Johnson, Bryce Marvin and Kim Smith. He is also survived by his aunts and uncles and several nieces and nephews.
