He is survived by: his children, Carissa Stroud (Jayson) of Coxsackie, Timothy Saulpaugh, Jr. (Meghan) of Catskill and Aaron Saulpaugh (Amanda Lutes) of Earlton, N. Y; and his siblings, Thomas Saulpaugh, Jr. of Hudson, N. Y., Renee Tallmadge of Red Hook, N. Y. and Stacy McArdle (Peter) of Greenport, N. Y.. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, several nieces and nephews and cousins.
