He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard Powell and Ruth Powell. He is survived by: his wife Barbara A. Diacetis Powell; his children, Stephanie Powell Murphy and Scott Willard Powell; his grandchildren, Lincoln and Evangeline Murphy; and his brother Bruce Powell.
