He is survived by: his wife Joan Goulding Carl; his children, Robert A. Carl (Diane), Elizabeth Ann Carl Phillips (Kurt) and Denise Carl Hughes (Scott); his grandchildren, Daniel, Heather Carl, Hunter (Finacee Sadie), Dalton, Kolby Phillips, Sarah Brennan (Mike), Emma and Noah Hughes; his sister Pearl Carl Smith; and also Columbia Counties. He is also survived by his children and grandchildren.
