He was predeceased by: his wife Patsy; his parents, Mildred Maynard and John Frank Maynard Sr.; his siblings, Thomas Maynard and Gloria Maynard; and his daughter Tammy Zacchio (Guy) of Freehold.
He is survived by: his granddaughter Brandi Keathly of Cortland, IL; and his great grandchildren, Kelsey Keathly of Cortland, IL, Jenna Kiser (Thomas) of Manhattan, KS, Austin Zacchio (Lisa), Gaetano Zacchio (Heather), Natasha Zacchio, Nicole Zacchio, Domenic Zacchio, Giovanni Zacchio, Roma Zacchio, Luciano Zacchio, Ryland Zacchio, Dylan Zacchio, Kayden Zacchio and Kailee Keathly-Drake.
