She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence V. Lawton and Joan F. Lawton; her grandparents, John F and Eileen G. LaFore; and her siblings, Joan F. Julig (Lawton) and Stephen M. Lawton.
She is survived by: her husband Doug Jacob; her sons, Peter and Keith Gooley; her grandchildren, Austin, Tristan, Gage and Gianna; and her siblings, Eileen Boehlke, Johnny Lawton, Elizabeth Boehlke and Barbara Casler. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
May 6, 1956, Donna dedicated many years of her life to working at Pavilion Nursing & Rehab Center, where she made significant contributions to the care and well-being of others.
