He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Jessie Jackson James and Ruby Wells James; his wife Fay LeBarron James; his daughter Jessica Woffenden (Michael) of Eagle Bridge; his grandson Samuel Woffenden; his siblings, Donald James (Teri) of Hobe Sound, FL, Charles James (Carol) of Laurel, DE, Kenneth Sifford of Tennessee, Peggy Mariner (Bobby) of Salisbury, MD, Ralph James of Berlin, MD and Stuart Sifford (Christine) of Maryland; and his mother-in-law Barbara LeBarron of Cambridge. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
