It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Joan E. Russell-Ramos of Eagle Bridge, New York, who passed away on June 22, 2023, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Frank Coats; and her son Andrew Mullin. She is survived by: her mother Jewel Coats (Stout); her husband Joseph Ramos, Jr.; her children, Joseph Wilson, Curt Wilson, Keiva Harrington, Joshua Mullin and Allison Mullin; and her siblings, Richard Coats, Kathy Graham, Rebecca Kill, Ann Costalas and Ethel Coats. She is also survived by many grandchildren, several great-grandchildren and some very, very close friends.
