He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Sterling Cobb and Irene Johnson Cobb; his wife Gloria Stoddard Webb; his stepdaughters, Mellissa Skinner (David) of Camden and Connie Evans (Christopher) of New Waterford, Ohio; his children, Victoria Hoffman (Greg), Colleen Tanner of Orlando, Kimberly Tanner of Plymouth, Jon Gardner (Erin Rook) of Vernon Center and James Cobb of Oneida; and his sister Kay Wolschlegal of Newton, Wisconsin. He was also cherished by ten grandchildren, six great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
