She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Rufus Messinger and Martha Messinger (Caldwell); her spouse Sharlene P. Lascelles; her children, Russell Allen (Valentina Kolb) of Canastota, Robert Allen and Rene; her son-in-law Michael O'Connor of Clifton Park, NY; and her grandchildren, Gavin, Avery O'Connor and Logan Allen. She was also cherished by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
