He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernice Schank and Nicholas Schank of Dunkirk, N. Y.. He is survived by: his children, William Schank II, Elizabeth T. Jurczak and Laura J Lyndon; his granddaughter Candice; his great grandchildren, Patience and Autumn; and his fiancée Marie Radcliffe.
