He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Mourer and Irene Mourer (Debeck); and his brother Kenneth Mourer.
Visitation was held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the R. Mackowiak Funeral Home, Inc. (56 E Doughty St, Dunkirk, NY 14048).
