She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Bajdas and Anastasia Bajdas (Malkowiak); her husband Leo Kubasik; her daughter Linda; and her brothers, Henry Bajdas, Norbert Bajdas and Arthur Bajdas (Archie).
She is survived by: her daughter Diana Vanderlee (Dennis); her grandchildren, Denise Savoir (Kyle), Danielle Phillips III (Leonard) and Douglas Vanderlee (Beth); her great grandchildren, Keegan, Connor, Brooke Savoir, Leonard IV, Cody, Riley, Autumn Phil, Luke and Evelyn Vanderlee; and her brothers, Edward Bajdas and Joseph Bajdas.
