He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Jakubczyk and Shirley Jakubczyk (Lemiszko); his wife Carol Jakubczyk (Jankowski); and his brother John "Jasiu" Jakubczyk. He is survived by: his sister Barbara Zielinski (Tom) of Glenville, N. Y.; his niece Kristen Watson (Brian); his great-niece Margo Watson (Kristine George) of Scotia, N. Y.; his great-nephew Jared George; his significant other Betty Anson of Dunkirk; and his partner's children, Christopher of Dunkirk, Erika of Dunkirk and Kelly Anson of Dunkirk.
