Richard L. Fulmer Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard L. Fulmer (Dunkirk, New York), who passed away on July 26, 2019 at the age of 69. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, George W. Fulmer and Eva M. Wells Fulmer Slater; his daughter Rachel Fulmer Winkleman; his siblings, Helena M. Fulmer, Beverly F. Wallace and George "Brad" Fulmer; his brother-in-law Donald Whiting; and his niece Kimberly Lindell.
He is survived by: his wife Leah F. Bloomensaat Fulmer; his son Benjamin J. Fulmer (Tammy); his grandchildren, Zoie Nolan and Alyssa Stanbery; and his sisters, Carol J., Parnell and Marie A. Whiting. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
