He was predeceased by: his mother Shirley Koba (Drummond). He is survived by: his father Walter Koba; his wife Barbara Koba (Zmuda); his children, Courtney Koba and Devin Koba; his stepson Dr. Shaun Zmuda; and his sister Cynthia Zach (Michael Zach). He is also survived by his family, friends.
