She is survived by: her husband Arthur Kern; her children, Chris Kern (Ann) of Winchester, Paul Kern of Dunkirk, Fred Kern (Lori) of Carrollton, Texas, Allan Kern (Kathy) of Dunkirk and Tom Kern (Donna Wright) of Austin, Texas.; and her grandchildren, Justin, Kate Kern (Niall Herlehy), Barb Kern (Jeff Gee), Sari Kern Gard (Ryan Gard), Brett Kern (Alisha White), Allie Hoffman (Sean) and Yvana Kern (Weston Jirovec).
