He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Alfred J. Jakubowicz and Albertine G. Jakubowicz (Omez); his wife Carol A. Jakubowicz (Meyers); his son John Jakubowicz (Shannon) of Dunkirk; his grandsons, Connor and Gavin; his brothers, Daniel Jakubowicz (Shelley) of Angola and Rick Jakubowicz (Shelley); his son Michael; and his brother Thomas Jakubowicz. He was also cherished by several nieces, nephews great nieces and great nephews.
