She was predeceased by: her parents, Dr. John Farnella and Betty Pickell Stromgren. She is survived by: her daughters, Abigail of Pittsburgh, PA and Ellie Blixt of Pittsburgh, PA; and her siblings, Dr. John Farnella (Karen) of Orlando, FL, Joseph Farnella (Crissy) of Naples, FL and Elizabeth Farnella of Charleston, SC. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
