He is survived by: his wife Janice Kozlowski (Miller); his children, Julie Renckens (Fred) and Richard Kozlowski; his sister Audrey Hamernik; his grandchildren, Ryan Kozlowski, Nicholas Kozlowski (Monica), Trevor Kozlowski (Alyssa), Jeffery Utegg (Kara) and Brandon Renckens (Chelsea); and his great grandchildren, Peyton, Carter, Kendall, Roman and Penelope.
