He was predeceased by: his father William C. Allen; and his sister Judy Allen. He is survived by: his wife Susan Allen; his mother Mary Allen of Penn Yan; his children, Ronald Allen (Kim) of Dundee, Ashley Allen of Penn Yan, Dawn Allen of Mississippi and Jeffrey Radka (Candice) of Penn Yan; and his sister Levanne Williamson. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
