He was predeceased by: his parents, Philip E. and Susan R. Miles Sr. (Levanduski); and his sister Arlene R. Whitney. He is survived by: his nephews, Richard B. Whitney III (Alicia) of Manchester, NY, Ronald Miles Whitney of Middlesex, NY and Randy Miles Whitney of Middlesex, NY; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Richard B. Whitney IV, Matthew Whitney, Justin M. Whitney, Emily S. Whitney and Jordan J. Whitney.
