She was predeceased by: her parents, Harley Ralph and Louise Imogene Hawkins; her husband John J. Thomas Sr.; and her siblings, Robert A. Hawkins and Sharon A. Parmelee.
She is survived by: her sister Marilyn L. Draper (Tony) of Hardy, VA; her stepchildren, Tammy L. Walrath (Chris) of Beaver Dams, NY, John J. Thomas Jr. (Jennifer) of Junius, NY and Douglas J. Thomas (Stacy) of Dundee; her grandchildren, Justin, Jordan, Jallyn Walrath, Alyssa, Amanda and John J. III; and her stepchildren, Benedict, Olivia, Caleb and Carter Thomas. She is also survived by 4 great grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, and inlaws.
