She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter L. Westervelt and Lida Westervelt (Reynolds) of Hammondsport, NY.; and her brother Michael Westervelt of South Carolina. She is survived by: her husband Sam Kelly; her son Clint Miller; her grandchildren, Katelynn Kerrick (Patrick) of Logan, CJ and Bella Miller; her sister Judy O'brachta; and her nieces and nephews, Bobby Kelly (Tammy), Tim Kelly (Tracy), Sam Kelly (Suzie) and Shannon Herrick.
