He is survived by: his spouse Emma "Jean" Brown; his children, Walter W. Howell (Launa) and Risa of Dundee; his grandchildren, David B. Howell (Courtney), Daniel K. and Jessica Joy Howell; his great grandchildren, Cyle J. Howell of Dundee and Brantley J. Howell of Dundee; his siblings-in-law, Ida M. Howell and Charles W. Brown; and also Rose Howell. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
