He was predeceased by: his parents, Warren J. Howell and Vivian D. Howell (Mathews); his brother Dale Howell; his in-laws, Jack and Marjorie Miller; and his brothers-in-law, Terry and Corey Miller.
He is survived by: his wife Teresa K. Miller; his children, Nathan Howell, Daniel Howell (Brianne), Jacqueline Scott'Honey'Slavick, Ashley Foster (Michael), Taylor Sullivan (Zach) and Lauren Prior (Mackenzie); his grandchildren, Madelyn'Maddie', Greyson'Grey-Grey'Howell, Sierra'Willie', Nicholas'Bobob'Slavick, Amelia'Gracie', Nolan'Nols'Foster, Bridgette'Tooker', Raegan'Nanana'Sullivan, Mason'Mase' and Kelsey'Chitter'Prior; and his siblings, Janet Lanphear, Warren Howell (Wanda), Susan Lanphear (Robert), Cindy Meyers (Kevin Prior) and Joyce Miller.
