Breedlove; his parents, Trevor Heady and Jerakah Heady; his brothers, Jax and Brayden; his grandparents, Deborah Breedlove of Dundee, Dr. Glenn, Beth Fahnestock of Penn Yan, Gary, Debbey Henrichs of Indio, Kevin and Josie Heady of Las Vegas; his aunts, Heather Flores (Henry) of Palmdale, Rebecca Salcedo (Joesph) of Pasadena and Denise Heady of Downey; his uncle Matthew Heady (Amanda) of Covina; and his godparents, Jesse and Jill Lewis of Milton. He is also survived by cousins, extended family.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that contributions be made to Golisano Children's Hospital in Rochester New York.
