He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles "Jake" Shreibman and Irene C. Levine Shreibman. He is survived by: his wife Louise Burack O'Shaughnessy; his sister-in-law Toby Goldstein (Mark); his adoptive mother Rena Pendleton (George); his grandsons, George and Greg Pendleton; his brother Wayne Kellogg Sr.; his nephews, Wayne Jr. and Fred Kellogg; and his pets, Bobby and Gloria.
