She was predeceased by: her parents, Milford Smith and Esther Smith (Lynn). She is survived by: her husband William C. Arthurs; and her daughters, Cindy Arthurs and Angela Arthurs of Penn Yan. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and in laws.
