He was predeceased by: his mother Wilhelmina Welch; his siblings, George R. Welch, James John Welch and Mary Elizabeth Trumbull; and his father-in-law John Personius.
He is survived by: his wife Beverly Personius Welch; his sons, Adam Welch (Monique), Cory Welch (Tonie Marie Liquori) and David Odell (Jacksonville Florida); his granddaughters, Ally and Cadi Welch; his pets, Cocoa and Starla; his brother Ronald Trumbull (Lisa); his mother-in-law Ella Personius; and his sisters-in-law, Kathleen Cunningham, Marlene Twiss and Janet Delahunty. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and community friends.
