We are sad to announce that on August 15, 2020, at the age of 75, Carlton A. Willoughby (Dundee, New York), born in Penn Yan, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his brother-in-law Howard Starkey Sr.; and his nephew Howard Starkey Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Sharyl Willoughby (Millard); his children, Gail Jones (Donald), Stonie Willoughby (Nicole) of Penn Yan, Allen Willoughby (Laura) of Dundee and Daryl Willoughby (Melanie) of Penn Yan; his grandchildren, Ariel Kohlstaedt (Ryan), Tyler Jones, Cassandra Webber (Paul), Paige Willoughby, Kasie Willoughby, Caleb Fulkrod, Ashley O'Brien (Joshua), Joe Knapp (Katelyn), Taylor Knapp (Corey Steger), Marc Sullivan, Max Sullivan and Mason Sullivan; his sister Ruth Starkey of Corning; his great-niece Allison Copp (Nathan); and his pet Angel.
Friends are invited to calling hours wearing masks and practicing social distancing requirements from 2-4 & 6-8 p. m., a private Masonic Service will be at 8:00 p. m. Wednesday (Aug. 19) at the Baird Funeral Home, 36 Water Street, Dundee; where his funeral service will be held at 11:00 am Thursday (Aug. 20).
