He was predeceased by: his grandfather Paul Collins. He is survived by: his parent Deborah J. Collins; his sisters, Andrea Collins, Josie Leiter and Shannon Alger; his grandmother Sue Collins-Smith (Russell); his uncles, Marshall Collins, Ernie Collins and Billy Clark; and his aunt Candy Wood.
