It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara J. Labarr of Dundee, New York, born in Utica, New York, who passed away on November 30, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas P. McOwen and Jane M. McOwen (Myers). She is survived by: her husband Russell M. LaBarr; her sons, David R. LaBarr (Kathleen) of Montour Falls, NY, Timothy P. LaBarr of Dresden, NY and Russell T. LaBarr (Marjorie) of Himrod, NY; her grandchildren, Elizabeth, Benjamin, Peter, Evelyn, Joel, Ashley, Ezra, Lilliana, Suzanna and Azalea; her great grandchildren, Anna, Stephen, Wesley, Dylan, Michael and Ryan; and her siblings, Patricia Crandall, Sally Zogby, Kathy Carpinella (David), Mary Jan "MJ" Clancey (Doug) of Dundee and Thomas McOwen (Mary Ann).
