She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Leroy Ragan and Norma Ragan (Lashaw); her daughters, Brenda Sue Loucks of Duanesburg and Kimberly Ann Hallmark of Duanesburg; her brother Ronald L. Ragan of Sloansville; her granddaughters, Nycole B. Rodriguez of Rotterdam and Kendra H. Cummings of Duanesburg; her great grandchildren, Jake and Mia; her friend Lorraine Ruddy; her son Edward Joseph Hallmark of Duanesburg; and her brother Larry K. Ragan of Sloansville.
