He was predeceased by: his sister Blanche Kreymborg; and his parents, James C. Brown and Jeannette M. Brown (Cox). He is survived by: his wife Avis Brown; his children, Whitney Avis Brown of Cascade, CO and Becky Marie Wheeler of Newport, NC; and his granddaughter Carmen Marie Sienia. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
