He was predeceased by: his parents, Laurance Mix and Hazel Mix; his brothers, Larry and Bob Mix; his son-in-law Micheal Gruskin; and his granddaughter Brittney Speas.
He is survived by: his wife Erin B. Mix; his children, Kimberly Mix of Michigan, Shannon Speas (Stephen) of North Carolina and Terry Clary (Laura) of Pennsylvania; his grandchildren, Samuel Speas, Alexa Speas, Savannah Mix and Leno Clary; his sister Geri Boyce (Bill); and his sisters-in-law, Karen Bulger, Connie Bulger and Carmen Mix.
